THE CALIFORNIA CHAI STORY
We're California Chai, a small-batch, craft-brewed chai manufacturer located in beautiful San Luis Obispo.
We began our story 8 years ago when our company's founder went to India and learned to brew authentic Indian chai from the chaiwala's of northern India.
They taught him that brewing good chai is all in the wrist, and we still think this is true!
We start every chai batch with our proprietary mix of 10 spices and herbs, hand steep it, and then blend it with highest quality masala tea and our secret simple syrup formula. The result is an
authentic chai with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
California Chai was formerly known as SLO Chai.
CHAI RECIPES
Chai Latte
Mix 60% chai with milk or milk alternative. Steam with espresso wand or heat over stove.

How long does California Chai last?
California Chai will live on the shelf for about 12 months, and will last about 3-4 weeks after opening in the refrigerator. Be sure to refrigerate after opening.
